Frozen Meal Heating Instructions:

MAIN MEALS
Microwave Instructions:

1. Place frozen meal directly in microwave (no need to open or vent meal packaging)
2. Set on high & heat for 7 minutes
3. Open & Stir the meal, if required, heat for another 1-2 minutes or until hot(Heating times will vary for different microwaves)

Oven Instructions:

1. Place frozen meal directly in the oven @170 degrees for 35-40 minutes

SOUPS  & DESSERTS

• Some desserts will only need to be defrosted not heated.
• Heating time will vary according to dessert type. Please take care not to overheat.

1. Place frozen soup or dessert directly in microwave (no need to open or vent packaging)
2. Set on high
   • Desserts Heat for 1 minute then carefully check heat
   • Soups Heat for 3 minutes then carefully check heat
   • If needed, keep heating in 30 second increments until hot
